Templates to show up for specific users

It would be nice to be able to set which templates show up for specific groups of people.

Reason: I have more users being brought into LF now and they are asking for their own personally designed templates.

Question: Is the best way to do this by setting the template security to:

a) Everyone Group = Deny

b) Accts Payable Group = Allow

Hmm... if this works, what happens if someone not in Accts Payable opens a document with this template. Can they read the metadata on a template they have been denied?

If you set the everyone group to deny, then no one will be able to see it (except for users with the 'Manage Templates' privilege). Instead, you'll want to simply leave it unassigned for the everyone group - neither allowed or denied - and then specifically allow the appropiate users/groups.

Answer is "No" they Can't see Metadata but Only template name will be visible.
