I have setup 2 different connection profiles in Workflow because we are using 2 different repositories.  I went in and setup 2 different Trustee Directories and entered all the information for each user (Email, default folder, etc.).  When I went back into Workflow today to continue setting up Workflows, all the information I entered was gone, so I had to re-create them again.  This is version 9.1.1...can anyone tell me how or why this might have happened?
