Route Entry to Group - send email to all

Hi All,

 

I am starting to use the Activity "Route Entry to Group".

Is there any way to configure to send an individual email to all members, as opposed to sending to one email for the Group or just to the Managers?

I have been going through some answers and it is possible to send to all managers, or to the Group email. However, I have not seen the option to send to all members.

What you could do is use the Find Group activity to find the group and then use the For Each User activity to iterate over the list of group members and email each of them individually, using tokens to personalize the emails.

There currently is no way to have the activity look up the group members and email them separately. You could create a distribution list in your email server that contains the email addresses of the group members and use that as the group address. The mail server will take care of distributing it to the individual users.
