How do you manually remove the IMAP settings from the Email Approval Server settings in Forms Configuration? There appears to be no way to remove them from the configuration screen once they have been configured. After removing the information from all fields, configuration gives an error below the IMAP Server and Folder fields stating: "Value is required". The customer no longer wishes to use this functionality as it continues to not communicate with their IMAP server well.

If you set the "Polling interval" to 0 it will disable that feature.

A follow up to this question- i have a client who does not have an IMAP email server, does not want to use email approvals and the polling interval is set to 0.
I have several forms processes that just sends a notification email to a user indicated the process is complete but all email service tasks are suspended.
I tested sending an email with a test form that should just send my email an notification that a form was submitted, then end the process and it won't send the email.
Any idea what the issue could be?
