Document viewer pane resizing cause Laserfiche client to be unresponsive

When trying to resize any of the panes in the Document Viewer in Client 8.1, Laserfiche becomes unresponsive. Please advise as to what we can do to resolve this issue as our users need to be able to resize the panes.

If upgrading isn't an immediate option, please follow the workaround in KB 1012807.

This is a known issue in the version you are on. Please upgrade to at least 8.2.1 or higher. Preferably the higher version of course.
