e Laserfiche Web Access 9.1 server has encountered an error and could not complete your request.

Receiving the following error logging into our webaccess for our courtaudio. We are also getting reports that users cannot upload files using webaccess also.

 

I get this message immediately after entering login credentials:

The Laserfiche Web Access 9.1 server has encountered an error and could not complete your request.

If the problem persists, please contact your administrator.

Please contact your VAR and have them open a Case with Support.

Alternatively, since you have a Rio license, you can come chat with Support directly.

We have not heard back from you.  Can you give us an update either in Answers or in chat?
