One local government client, Olmsted County, has been innovative in their response to the "new normal" for local government-- one that has decreased funding and staffing levels. Olmsted County is using Kaizen and Lean methodology to rethink business processes and gain efficiency. They'll be sharing their approach at the upcoming Empower Conference on Wednesday, Jan. 14th at 1:30 pm in Grand AB, but they've also summarized their theory on the ECM Blog.
