QF Agent XML EoF error - How to determine XML file referred to?

There is an error in the QF agent history logs along with an End of File missing error.

Unexpected end of file while parsing Name has occurred. Line 72, position 105.

The line and position is helpful but I am unable to see which XML file it is referring to. Searching through the XML files in the program data folder there is no xml files that are 72 lines long.

Kinda stuck here, I need to know which file in order to further troubleshoot.

I have the same issue with a customer of mine. No documents sitting in the session and it appears to still be processing documents without issue, but the error logs are filled with these errors still.

Has a resolution been found? Other than re-creating the session entirely.

I am also experiencing this error. I cleared out the Agent completely, including the session references, then re-created the references and schedules. The error still occurs. Any ideas? Error log attached.

HI,

We also are getting this error. And when you click on 'Ok' for the error, you are kicked out of the session. Is there any solution?

I also have the same issue. I recreated the QF Agent Schedule for the session. I still get this error which terminates the session. I tried to look for the reference folder path and search the name in client and also in Windows to see if it was stuck in any Temp folder. Simply, I can't find the file that error relates too.

- we had this with LF V9.1 and QF 9.0

-we just upgraded to V9.2 and QF 9.0 , We still have the isse

That seems to be on a document in the session. If you open the session and the document is still there, try sending it and see if the error persists. If the document is not longer there, it was probably sent on the next pass. If that's the case, then it was most likely something on the machine interferring with the file at the time QF tried to read it, possibly the anti-virus scan or something like it.

This is a temp file I assume, not an xml file within the revision queue. I let the customer know however he was able to remove the error by removing and re-creating the agent job for the session.

Yes, each document in the session has an XML file associated with it that describes its structure and metadata. Quick Fields creates this file when the document is identified and processed and deletes it when the document is sent to Laserfiche.

What was the resolution on this question?

I'm receiving the same error (QF version 9.0.1)

03/23/2017 1:23:01 Unexpected end of file has occurred. The following elements are not closed: Token, TokenManager, Page, Pages, Document. Line 70, position 107.
