Brightness and contrast settings file

Hi, 

 

I have a customer that is having an issue where the brightness and contrast settings will not stick on the desired setting. Does anybody know in which file this setting is stored? The user is using TWAIN with a Fujitsu 6770.

Is the customer using the standard TWAIN driver or the Paperstream IP TWAIN driver? Try uninstalling the current driver and install the latest Paperstream IP TWAIN driver from here. Next, using Fujitsu's scanner software (not Laserfiche) confirm that the brightness and contrast settings are saved properly. Once that's confirmed, then test in Laserfiche again. If there's still a problem, please open a support case.
