Was this question ever resolved?  I currently have a question and  a check box with "Y" for yes and another with "N" for no. I was using the drop-down field from the form for both Y and N check boxes.

When I tie the check boxes to the drop down on the form nothing seems to get filled out.  If I change the two check boxes to be tied radio buttons it checks off both if something is chosen from the form (either yes or no). It looks like it is filling out the pdf if there is anything checked on the laserfiche form.  IS there another way to do this like  if answer like yes check Y else check N?
