Is there a way to change the sync interval in Laserfiche Server for changes made in Directory Server to user accounts? I think it is default at 8 hours. Changes to users in Avante is immediate.
Thanks, its frustrating for our Rio users. They like to be able to login sooner sometimes or the users don't understand why it takes so long to get their license.
Right, that's what the notification is for, so rather than waiting for the LFServer to ask for an updated list, LFDS pushes out the update to it. There was a bug in 9.2.0 where when you registered from the LF Server installer, the notification was turned off instead of on.
No, there is no way to change the interval. There were a couple of bugs with notifications from LFDS to the LF Server that were fixed in LFDS 9.2.1. You may have to remove the server registration and add it back in and re-generate the license to take advantage of the fixes (if the notification is not on in the LFServer registration in LFDS).
