Can one Laserfiche Rio license support multiple Laserfiche installations?

-I have a client that wants to install another instance of Laserfiche on a sandbox for testing purpose, is this possible with LF Rio and give their finance department their own Laserfiche sever?

-If yes, how many Laserfiche servers can we install and run with one LF Rio license?

-Will there be any downside for it if the client gets multiple LF servers installed? ( for example I am thinking about applications like web link that are licensed per CPU)

Hi Farzali,

With Rio you can have unlimited LF servers. The only proviso is they need to be able to communicate with License Manager.

Having said that, some products like Weblink, Import Agent and Quick Fields will require a license for each instance.

I would recommend having a read through the attached white paper. This should answer most of your questions.
