Is there a way to differentiate between an original document to a scan document in LF

Hi All,

Is there a way that i differentiate an original scan document from other scan documents in laserfiche rio 9.3?

Is there any option that i need to select or enable?

If you are talking about scanned documents at the time they are scanned, you can simply give them a unique name together with a token to differentiate them.  Is this not possible or are you talking about a different process entirely and not about scanning.

The Laserfiche server doesn't really have any knowledge of the origin of any of the pages that end up in your repository.  Can you say more about what problem you are trying to solve?

Can you just compare creation dates?  The original will always be older.
