After install of admin console, most options in Laserfiche (including scan and print) are greyed out.

Our current LF Administrator is moving to a different department so the Admin Console was installed on my system yesterday.  I was able to scan and print from LF yesterday before the install of the console.  Now after the install, the scan and print options are greyed out.  I appear to have permissions set up in the console, but not in Laserfiche.  I was hoping the problem would magically fix itself overnight.......no such luck.

Please help.

When the Admin console as installed, was scanning retained at the client? Can you run the install again and verify that the scanning application for the client is installed?

Also, can you check your rights in the LF admin console and make sure your account has feature rights? 

You should also check your access rights to the repository.
