I have installed a Sharepoint server that I need to integrate with the Laserfiche Web Access Server. The LF Search and LF Web Parts are working fine. I need to configure the Records center and when I get to the create a new send connection to Laserfiche I am stuck. I can't seem to get the Send To URL to be verified. I get the "Verification failed: URL is not a valid routing destination. I have installed the LFSHintegration on the sharepoint server and am pointing to the sharepoint server in the url

http://localhost/LFSPRecordsCenter/LFWSSIntegrationService.asmx

Is there something that am missing here?

The Records Center integration may not be properly configured. Please make sure that the LFSPRecordsCenter web application is set to use the LfspAppPool application pool. If that still doesn't allow the web service to be browsed to in a web browser, then try creating a brand new web site in IIS and then create a new web application called LFSPRecordsCenter and point the physical path back to C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\SharePoint Integration\LF_WSS_Web_Service (or wherever it's actually installed to). Set the web application to use Windows Authentication only. Lastly, set it to use the LfspAppPool application pool and see if that works. Note that the application pool identity needs to be a domain account that has rights to your repository.

Please make sure that you are pointing to the correct site that the LFSPRecordsCenter web application is installed under. By default it would get installed under the Default Web Site. If you are using a different port binding for the Default Web Site (since maybe SharePoint took over port 80) then you should need to reference the site with the actual port binding.

For example, if you now have the Default Web Site running on port 81 and the LFSPRecordsCenter web application is installed under there, then the web service URL would be

http://MyWebServer:81/LFSPRecordsCenter/lfwssintegrationservice.asmx

Hi Alexander, thanks for the response. However I am not running on the default port as shown in the attached files with my screenshots. I have tried both with the port and without the port to no avail. So if there's anything else am missing. Let me know

Are you able to browse to the web service URL in a web browser?

When I browse with the port I get a blank page. Without a port I get "The webpage cannot be found" error.
