Has anyone ran into the issue where when searching for text on an open document, using find under edit, that the document is stuck on a single page instead of rotating through all the pages sequentially? The customer was able to show me this where it was limited to a single page using an 8.3 client with server version 9.1.1. I was not able to recreate it in my test environment, though the issue was able to be recreated on theirs. If anyone can provide feedback on what causes this it would be appreciated. Thank you!

Please open a support case and provide the exact version of the Client, a briefcase of a sample document that the customer can demonstrate the issue with, and a video showing exactly what the customer is doing to recreate the issue.

Like yourself, a generic test was performed using the 8.3.2 Client and a three page document. I can open the document, click on Edit > Find, search for a word, and then click "Find Next" and have it cycle through each page of the document. It's unclear why the customer may be having an issue, but we can investigate further in the case.

Also, as a quick sanity check, can you confirm that each page of the document contains searchable text?
