Forms 9.2 Upgrade Issue with In Process Forms

I recently upgraded a customer from Forms 9.0 to 9.2 and the upgrade went smoothly with no issues reported during the upgrade.  The only issue we've had thus far is that any form that was in process during the upgrade is no longer able to be approved.  The form still shows that it is assigned to the user but when the user attempts to approve it they receive "Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem.  You do not have permission to perform this action."  Any forms submitted after the upgrade are processing correctly so this only affects those that were waiting on approval when the upgrade was done.  

I've seen an issue with In Process forms on a customer where we had to uninstall/re-install Forms but wanted to see if anyone else has encountered a similar issue when upgrading any versions of Forms?  Is there a way to get this Forms to process again?

It has happened with all Business Process that had running that had In process forms which was around 10 BP's of the 40+ they have published.  The issue was that it showed the approval steps being assigned to the user but it didn't let them actually approve it.  Removing the approvers and then re-adding the exact same approvers resolved the issue. All of the approvers were AD users and nothing regarding their accounts had changed.  They are working correctly now and do not wish to troubleshoot.  I just wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues with In Process forms when upgrading.

Beau,

Please open a support case for this matter. Provide the business process .xml file as well as the Application Event Log from the Forms Server computer.
