I recently upgraded a customer from Forms 9.0 to 9.2 and the upgrade went smoothly with no issues reported during the upgrade. The only issue we've had thus far is that any form that was in process during the upgrade is no longer able to be approved. The form still shows that it is assigned to the user but when the user attempts to approve it they receive "Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem. You do not have permission to perform this action." Any forms submitted after the upgrade are processing correctly so this only affects those that were waiting on approval when the upgrade was done.
I've seen an issue with In Process forms on a customer where we had to uninstall/re-install Forms but wanted to see if anyone else has encountered a similar issue when upgrading any versions of Forms? Is there a way to get this Forms to process again?
