Directory Server assign Full License requiring restart on Laserfiche Server Service

The guide does not explicitly say this is required but in reality I am finding when adding a Full License to a user in Directory Server the user can not use the license until the Laserfiche Server service is restarted for the server they are trying to login to. Anyone else running into this?

The Laserfiche Server updates its named user list a few times a day. If you need the change to take effect immediately, then yes, a restart is needed to request an immediate update.
