Emailing from Lasefiche before using Lotus Notes was simple, now we switched over to Gmail and this feature is not longer possible, does any know a solution to this.

If you use Outlook as your email client to connect to your Gmail accounts, then the native Laserifche Office integration will still work.

Hi Raymond:

By setting gmail as your default mail client will you be able to email documents directly from Laserfiche client?

I have a prospective client in Higher Ed. They use Gmail. Is there a method yet (out of the box) to e-mail using gmail, directly from LF (web and/or full client)??

We use Affixa (https://www.affixa.com) - generally works well without too much issues.

This seems like a really interesting integration app.  If you have time would you mind reaching out to me directly to talk more about how you use Affixa?  amanda.bay@eaglecounty.us

Thanks!

We use gmail but do so through chrome.  We do not have an email client loaded on our PC's.  Is it still possible to send an email from laserfiche through chrome/ gmail?
