With a tech case opened with designator 164339, we were unable to get services to run. I used a port sniffer utility to verify the ports we changed/created were not being used by any program, changed or created them in regedit, restarted the server, but there was still conflict, and services would not start.
Tat being said, I had a call open with service, and applied a couple of different angles for a fix. KB1012320 and KB1012009, and neither of them changed the ultimate outcome. This is on Laserfiche 9.2.0.343.
I am open to suggestions for this, as nothing else has seemed to work to resolution.
