Port reservations making starting service not possible

With a tech case opened with designator 164339, we were unable to get services to run.  I used a port sniffer utility to verify the ports we changed/created were not being used by any program, changed or created them in regedit, restarted the server, but there was still conflict, and services would not start.

 

Tat being said, I had a call open with service, and applied a couple of different angles for a fix.  KB1012320 and KB1012009, and neither of them changed the ultimate outcome.  This is on Laserfiche 9.2.0.343.

I am open to suggestions for this, as nothing else has seemed to work to resolution.

Are you able to run netstat? If so, can you post the log to the case?

TCP/IP and network issues in the box. Issue in this case is OS specific which directly affects the LF server service.
