LF Plus - The filename or extensionis too long

A client is encountering the following message when attempting to publish files using LF Plus:

Could not Launch Laserfiche Plus. The filename or extension is too long. [6000:0x000000ce]

The number of files total about 28k. Is there a way to search or run a query in SQL for the path more than a certain number of characters to locate the documents that are causing this issue? Any ideas on how to tackle this issue?

Laserfiche Client is 9.1.1.548 & Laserfiche Server is 9.1.1.545

What antivirus are they running on the machine when they publish?

Turn it off temporarily then republish.

ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.424.0

Temporarily turned it off but still getting the same message. Just an FYI, if I select a few of the files [with short names] rather than all 28K files, it publishes successfully.

I don't believe this issue has anything to do with the anti-virus but mainly with the filename as stated in the error message.

In past cases we've had, it was the antivirus.

Since it is not in this instance. Please open a case with support so we can look further into the matter.
