Chrome 38 and Internet explorer having trouble loading form with many sections

asked on December 10, 2014

Hello,

I'm working with a Laserfiche form that has around 20 sections, each section has at least 5 or more controls. When I open the form in Chrome v38 or greater, or Internet explorer, the form will crash after a few seconds. In Firefox it will not crash, but it will take a really long time to load. I believe it may have something to do with the jquery being called within Laserfiche. Attached is a screen shot from Firefox with the scripts that took the longest to load.

I did have some custom Javascript code, but the issue still persisted even after removing the custom code.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to fix this?

Thank you

I'm using version 9.1 Here is the screen shot of the form. There are more tabs that can be created from clicking on the checkboxes in project description. and it freezes up on Firefox when it first loads up.

Since it's a complex form, it's hard for us to simulate the form inhouse to reproduce. Can you open a support case and provide the exported file for the process so that we can do further trouble shooting to address this issue? Thanks.
