After Form Submission, Do NOT Show Submitted Form, BUT Show Options to Download, Print, or Email

Is this possible?  The expectation being it should take less time to load the Thank You message if this configuration were possible.

For print, it needs to print from the form shown on the screen, so it is not possible to print without a form. And for download and email, it's technically doable, but not supported in released version.
