any known issue with PDF application Bluebeam PDF Revu?

Hi, user upgraded to Bluebeam PDF Revu v12 eXtreme  and now having issues  ( message ' unable to display electronic file type for this document') . Used to have v10 std of the same product and it worked fine.

Tools/options/ View/ open with has  "open PDF with LF doc viewer"= checked off / enabled; Electronic File Pane has 'show pdf files in the electronic file pane' =checked off/enabled.

What version of the client are you using?
Does it work if you use the native application to open the PDF?

LF client is 9.2.0.343

Same issue when pdf is set to open with native application.

Please open a case so we can test the PDF internally.

Please confirm your email preference for replies to posts that you're subscribed to. It might be off or set to every day or week. If you enable it and set it to every 15 minutes, that's the closest way to get something like real time notifications.
