Can a wet signatures field be used outside of Laserfiche Forms?

Example: Dynamically placing a wet signatures field (box) on an existing Laserfiche TIF image (or scanned form)... similar to how annotations are used as an overlay on images today, you would have a wet signature box that allow users/customers the ability to "sign" scanned images.
