Signature Fields won't work in Saved Draft

If users open up their Form that has been saved as a draft from their Drafts Tab in forms, it will not allow them to sign the form.

 

If they click on the link that is emailed to them it will work.

 

Is this working as intended or should they be able to sign a form that has been opened from their Drafts tab?

What browser did you use when you ran into such issue? There may be some JavaScript errors when open your form from Draft tab which blocks the signature to work?

 There is no such issue for my simple form as following. In order to reproduce your issue, we may need the exported process so I suggest you to open an support case. Or you can share the screenshot of your form here and provide the customized JavaScript for the form if you have any.

What browser did you use when you ran into such issue? Did you have custom javascript in your form?

What version of Forms are you using? There was a problem in one of the versions of Forms that would not let you sign a saved draft. The latest version of Forms fixes that issue.
