social bpm licensing model

asked on December 2, 2014

What is the social bpm licensing model?

For example,

If i have RIO with 100 full users, 200+ read only users and 200 non laserfiche users.

What level of access do the different groups of users get to socialbpm?

Full Users

Read Only Users

Non-Laserfiche Users

See the install guide for information:

"Licensing Considerations

The authentication methods available to you depend on the features of your product license.

If your license includes the DirectoryContributors feature:
• You can use LDAP or Laserfiche Directory Server to authenticate users.
• All users authenticated through Laserfiche Directory Server will be able to contribute to the site.

If your license does not include the DirectoryContributors feature:
• You must use Laserfiche Directory Server to authenticate users.
• Only named users (full, read-only, restricted) have unrestricted access to the site and can create content.
• Other authenticated users (not named users) cannot create posts or replies."

I'm pretty sure that the current preview version of Social BPM, being internal only, currently only supports the later scenario (no DirectoryContributors).
