Is there any release for Laserfiche Client 8.3 64-bits ?

Hello,

 

is there a specific version of Laserfiche Client 8.3 in 64-bit ? Because, I have installed it on a computer running on Windows 8 64-bit and everytime I use it after few minutes I get an error message telling me that Laserfiche Client (32-bit) has stopped.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it but I still get this message.

 

FYI, the client and the server computer are two separate computer and the server running on Windows Server 2008.

There is no 64 bit version of the Laserfiche Client. As for being supported on an x64 version of Windows 8, please make sure you are using Laserfiche Client 8.3.2 as that's the only version of 8.3 that's supported on that OS. See KB 1012409 for more information.

There is no specific limitation of running the desktop Client on an x64 machine (regardless of if it is 32 bit) - most of our test setups are x64 these days, and they work fine. It sounds like something else is going on and the best approach would be to open up a support case about it.

Hi, I have Laserfiche Plus 8.1.3.374, this not work in Windows 8.1 64 bits, in the  KB Article ID 1012409: Laserfiche 8 Supported Configurations show  that the release 8.1.3.374 not support Windows 8.
