Laserfiche 9.0.2 Admin Console

User A logs into the machine with his windows credentials then uses the Laserfiche admin credentials to login to the admin console and everything works fine?  User B logs into the same machine with their windows credentials and then logs into Admin Console with the Laserfiche admin credentials attempts to add a user and gets a 797 error.  We have copied User A's account as a test and get the same error.  I am at a loss!

Server 9.0.2 build 671

Laserfiche 9.0 Administration Console Version: 9.0.2.671

Client 9.0.2 Service Pack 2 (9.0.2.728)

Windows Server Standard SP2

If you login with a different windows account from either of those two you tested with so far, does it work?
