Alberta municipalities have their Alberta Municipal Records Managers group that meets twice a year and has a website for sharing information.  I have seen quite a few group emails come through since our last meeting in Edmonton, people asking for help or opinions on what's best to do in certain situations (all Records Management related, not focused on software questions since we don't all use the same ECM software).  It's great to have access to help from others in the same boat as yourself.
