Customer just bought Records Management for their RIO System. What is the proper procedure for them to update the License? Are they going to have to reconfigure all machines using QF with the new Master License or do they simply just Activate the Records Mgmt piece in License Manager?

If you just bought a new module, you would simply update the Master License. Once you have done that, in your case, since you bought Records Management, you would simply update the LF server license since Records Management is part of the Server License.
