OCR: temporary image file could not be stored [6608]

When I am trying to OCR a pdf file that I have scanned. I am getting an error message

temporary image file could not be stored 6608

please see attached screen shot.

What version of the LF client are you using (help > about)?

This is a known issue with certain PDFs if you are using versions of the LF client that are older than 8.2. If that is the case, please upgrade to 8.2 or higher.

Hi, i am using Laserfiche 11 and I also got the same error message while importing files see attached image for more details

Please open a case with Tech Support and attach a sample document as a Laserfiche briefcase.
