I am facing a problem with zone ocr , where i can't see the created zone and advnace option.
i am using Quick_Fields_9_0_0_427 version.
this is the first time i am using this version on zone ocr.
i've attached snapshot of current session.
troubleshooting
1- checked logs nothing found.
2- uninstall the product and install it again
3- installed the product on different machines still facing the same issue
current environment
windows 7 enterprise 32bit
laserfiche 9.1.1 and 9.2 as well
