workflow built in 9.1 doesn't open in 8.3

I have a workflow which I built in WF 9.1 (screenshot attached) and if I try to open it in 8.3 I get an error.

I have another workflow which was built in 8.3 and I opened it fine in 9.1 and now when I exported this workflow from 9.1 and import it into 8.3, I get the same error message.

I looked into answers and found some post about deleting the:

- C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Laserfiche\Laserfiche.Workflow.Desig_StrongName_muzewfif0xyihnye3w32xtk44w2p0pkg file

- Deleting all xml files under: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Laserfiche\Workflow 8.3

but none of the above worked.

This is expected behavior. Workflows built on older versions will always open in newer versions, not the other way around.

I think I know why is this happening:

I am using StringLength function in the workflow which I believe is in 9.1 and not in 8.3 and that's why it's giving the error.
