I have just moved a QuickFields installation from an old computer to a new computer for a customer. There are 2 users with different windows profiles that use it. It works perfectly for one of the users, but whenever the other user tries to open a session, there is an error regarding access to the file "C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Quickfields\processprofiles.xml". There is no associated error number. As far as I can tell, both users belong to the same windows group, and that group has read/execute rights to the file in question.
Has anyone run into this before? I'm not finding much on the support site regarding this issue.
