Quickfields Error: Permissions on processprofiles.xml?

I have just moved a QuickFields installation from an old computer to a new computer for a customer. There are 2 users with different windows profiles that use it. It works perfectly for one of the users, but whenever the other user tries to open a session, there is an error regarding access to the file "C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Quickfields\processprofiles.xml". There is no associated error number. As far as I can tell, both users belong to the same windows group, and that group has read/execute rights to the file in question.

Has anyone run into this before? I'm not finding much on the support site regarding this issue.

Restrictive permissions to the folder is likely what is causing the issue. Make sure the end user has rights to the folder and files inside it.

Took 2 weeks to get this worked out with the customer, but the permissions were the issue.

Does the problem user have rights to the folder and the files in it? If not, please give them full rights then try again.

I'm working with their IT to look into any differences in their windows permissions. It's a slow process to get in touch with their IT, since the users are fairly locked down. I'll report back if I get any more information. Thanks, Raymond.
