My current understanding is that when including attachments on forms, those attachments are stored in SQL. Is this true? I'm worried that SQL Express's 10GB limit will not be able to handle my needs if my users are attaching large pdf documents to their form submissions.

How would you go about Archiving forms and their attachments after 5 years? Detach the database and create a new one?
Hello,
Just following up on this old thread. As we're now several versions of Forms later, has there been any progress in archiving the SQL databases?
Thanks,
Michael
In Forms 10.4 there is now a way to manage how long data (including attachments) are store in the Forms database (https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-us/administration/#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/Administration/Data-Maintenance.htm%3FTocPath%3DForms%7CAdministering%2520Laserfiche%2520Forms%7C_____5)
Thanks. We're still on 3.1, so even though it's not an archiving solution, this may meet our needs.
