Dears,

 

At one of our customer we suddenly faced an issue which is a delay, then an error when trying to browse a document from the client interface.

The WIPRO company (Infrastructure Consultant for the customer)  said that the problem has been occurred because Laserfiche Server sent a tag for QoS (Quality of Services) to the Switches on the network, which made the delay and prevent the end users to browse the document.

We asked Laserfiche support if this can be true, but they have no idea about this.

 

Please, we just need to know if it is true that Laserfiche server sent tags for QoS to the Switches?
