Web Access error code 12145

We opened a document in Web Access then we try to open one of the thumbnails we get an error "Fail to write to the stream [12145].  What does this mean?

Can you take a screenshot showing the full page with the URL and error message and post it to this thread?

We just had it a couple of hours ago the same erro, we did restart the application pool of the web access and for us solved the problem.
