Workflow cant send out email notification in flow

After the document is approved . It suppose to be open for discussion and all the invitee's should be receiving the mail. But it is not send out the mail. I had attached where the workflow stuck . kindly assist plz

The error that show in the tab message is showing unknown error (0x80005000).

Hello Chankar,

Could you look in the Messages tab of the dialogue box pictured in your attached picture and see what exactly the error is about.

This would provide more specific information and help to easily resolve the issue.

How does the email field get populated? What is the source of the email address?

Is it using a valid email address?

There should also be a corresponding error in the LOGS folder > activity errors log. What does it show there for the corresponding message?
