Adding text to a form

Hi There

I am looking for a way to add a disclaimer to a form. Basically I need to add a paragraph of text!

My customer completes the form electronically but when completed it ends up being printed.

Well, you can add a Custom HTML field to the form, that's how we normally do it. Havent tested if it may look weird in the print options for a form though, only the normal save to repository service task. Let me know if you have any trouble.
