Utilizing Workflows “Query Data” I am attempting to pull data out of a Filemaker Pro 11 database to auto fill Template Fields. The Filemaker Pro server is residing on a separate server than our Laserfiche server. I loaded the Filemaker Pro Client on our Laserfiche server hoping to see drivers in the Data Source Wizard with no luck. Can anyone help me along?

You will need to install the Filemaker ODBC client drivers.

Note what Filemaker said: "You must use the 32 bit version of the ODBC Driver Manager. Our ODBC Driver doesn't work with the 64 bit Driver Manager".

It therefore will not work if you have 64 bit workflow with 32 bit filemaker drivers . This Laserfiche kb still applies: https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1012915 as do the instructions here

That is great info and you have helped me a lot!! thank you. One last thing, do I uninstall Workflow I have now then install the 32 bit. As far as the other Workflow I am using and going to build do I use the new 32 bit from now on?

You will have to use 32 bit WF and uninstall the 64 bit one. Everything has to be 32 bit all around.
