Do customers get notified when new releases or hotfixes are available or do they need to monitor the site every so often?
Do customers get notified when new releases or hotfixes are available or do they need to monitor the site every so often?
Customers who have subscribed to Laserfiche announcements will get notified of these types of news along with various others. The User News is monthly and aggregates information such as new releases, KBs, etc.

I found this old post. When I click on the link, it says "Whoops! We can’t find that page." Do you know what new link to use? I would like to be notified when there are hotfixes or new releases.
This is a very old post. Product release announcements are posted to the "Product Announcements" group on Laserfiche Answers.
