Automatically filing scanned documents

Hello all,

We currently have a basic Laserfiche install (Avante 9.2). The client has requested the ability to be able to scan > OCR and based on the OCR, automatically file in correct folder maybe based on a name, address or invoice number. Is workflow able to do this or is another module like quick fields necessary?

Laserfiche Quick Fields is what they need. Depending on the exact processing that they need to do, they may need one or more add-ons for Quick Fields. For example, Zone OCR is not included in the base Quick Fields product.

Quick Fields Agent is an optional module that lets you schedule and automatically run Quick Fields sessions.

If you have further questions though, please contact your Laserfiche Regional Sales Manager as they should be able to answer any other types of sales related questions.

Quick Fields would be best suited for this.

Ok and I see on the pricelist there is "Laserfiche Quick Fields" and "Laserfiche Quickfileds Agent"

Which one do they need? Both?
