hi all

please kindly visit the following site & see the forms alignment related issue which i am facing.

after submitting forms download copy as a Pdf perfect as per the Forms design but when forms store to laserfiche repository in Pdf Or Tiff complete forms alignment change from Left to Right.

any solution to fix this issue.

Hello Mazahir,

A case has been opened for this issue and is being investigated into with the Support Team. All Troubleshooting processes will be performed through the case and the thread will be updated once a resolution is reached.

Is the forms server hosted on a machine with Arabic OS? Since the pdf generated when save to repository is generated on the backend of the forms server, it will follow the region settings for the account which run the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service. To fix your issue, please do following steps:

1. login the machine that hosted forms with an windows account

2. open the Region and Language settings and change the locale on the Formats tab to "English(United States".

3. Open Services and change the Log on account to the windows user which currently log in the Forms server machine

4. Restart Laserfiche Forms Routing Service

After the above steps, it will follow "English(United States)" this locale to generate pdf in the backend which will be in English and the layout will be left to right as you see when submit the form.

Hi,

1. Is the OS for the Forms Server is Arabic OS

2. Can you provide the screenshot of the logon account for the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service and the screenshot for this account's Region and Languages Settings?

I think it will be better to open an support case for this issue so that we can get more information for this.

Hi there,

What's wrong with the address field? I cannot tell the issue from the screenshot. Can you attach an expected look so that it's more clear?

The labels for Address field are in Arabic in the generated pdf/tiff is the same reason, it is because it follow the Arabic locale to generate the pdf/tiff, so the built-in text will be Arabic and the layout will be Right to Left.
