Issue with imbedding multi value token within body email?

Hello All

 

I am using documents template fields to populate the body of the email that gets sent out.  One of these fields is multi value filed.  Usually there are 4 to 5 line or values in this field.   I only see the last item to be listed in the body of email gets sent.   Is there a way to get around this and have all the value of multi value field listed in the email?

If a multi-value token is specified without any formatting in most text boxes in Workflow, the first value is used. You need to specify how you want the multiple values listed to get them all. If you right-click on the token in the email body and go to the Token Editor, you'll see an option for indexing.
