I copied a sub-process, modified it, modified my existing process to include the new sub-process and saved everything. However, when I logged out and logged back into Forms, the copied sub-process was gone, but the activity that created it was still there. So I tried to remove the sub-process activity, and even though I don't get error messages, the sub-process activity remains. It doesn't have any actual sub-process that can be accessed from it though.

Did I do something wrong? How do I get rid of the sub-process activity? Is this something that doesn't always work right with Forms?
