We have several thousands of Instances completed and the forms are save in laserfiche, in job files. 

 

Is there a default purge time frame, or an easy way to removed this data? Our forms data is getting rather large and we do not need more than the last 30 days for refreence...if that long.

Are you talking about remove the instances data? Will this removal for particular process or for all processes?

There is currently no way to purge the data from the database unless you try and make a custom SQL script that will do it (not advised). When you delete instance information it simply changes a status value for that data so it does not show anymore, but it still exists in the database.
