Is there an ExtractText method in Laserfiche.DocumentServices version of the SDK? I know that there is an TextExtractor object in the LFSO, but I want to use Laserfiche.DocumentServices.

For the record, if no version is specified, we check the latest version of the software when answering questions. As Alex said, the method was added for 8.3. Newer versions of the SDK are backwards compatible with older Laserfiche servers.

Where is it? I do not find it. I have version 8.2.

The TextExtractor class was added to DocumentServices in SDK 8.3. Please upgrade to a newer version of the SDK if possible.
