Fix for 9008 Error : Failed to load annotation - did not work.

We had our VAR apply the script that was supposed to fix this error, but we are still getting the 9008 errors when opening files with redactions and annotations.  Service was stopped and restarted after applying the fix.  Is there something else we need to do to get rid of these errors ?

Are you referring to KB 1013410? Please confirm that the query was run against the correct database. If there's still an issue, then the cause of the 9008 error may be something else. In that case, you should have your reseller open a support case as the issue will need to be investigated further.

Yes, sorry, I am referring to KB 1013410.  We only have 1 database, so I assume he applied it to the correct database.  We will contact the reseller, thank you.

You're welcome. When working with your reseller, please provide the exact version of Laserfiche being used, the version of SQL, and a copy of the application event log from the Laserfiche Server computer (saved as an .evtx file).
